Designed in the very early 1990s by the architectural firm Andrault et Parat, Le Cap is part of a complex into which The Curve building is integrated. A complete renovation was carried out during 2017 and 2018 on all of the building's surfaces (lobby, landings, offices, restaurant areas, parking lots and outdoor spaces) which now benefit from a Breeam "Very Good" environmental certification! The building benefits from an exceptional location thanks to the complete redevelopment of the Rose de Cherbourg district, including the transformation of the road interchange into a suspended pedestrian promenade and the Hekla tower.

A word about the architects

Michel Andrault and Pierre Parat were born in 1926 and 1928 respectively. They both trained at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts and graduated in 1955. Two years later, they created ANPAR (Andrault & Parat).

They took part in the search for new forms in the field and made their mark in Paris La Défense. In the 1990s, the agency built some of the largest skyscrapers in the business district. Société Générale, Séquoia, Kupka, The Curve or even Le Cap, the two architects are well known in the area!
