Public space works on the Balcony - ZAC de Groues

Location: along the Eole railroad tracks between the Arago bridge and the Enertherm power plant Start date: October 2021 Completion of first section (phase 1): 2025
This 800-metre-long planted promenade will run alongside the RER E tracks and will be used by pedestrians and cyclists. La Défense landscape.
Work schedule:
The section between the Eole station and the Enertherm power station will be built following the construction of line 15 ouest (phase 2). For phase 1, on the section between the Eole footbridge and the Arago bridge, civil engineering work on the structure has been completed. civil engineering work was completed at the end of 2022. Landscaping work has also begun phase 1 in summer 2023. They will be completed for the delivery of the real estate lots lots. A total of 70 trees will be planted on this stretch of greenway by 2025.
