Construction of the FOcd lot - ZAC des Groues

Perspective
The program aims to create a mixed-use island comprising 3 lots (FOcd 1, FOcd 2, FOcd 3) on 2 levels of shared basements, in which activities are distributed as follows:
- Lot FOcd 1 (Hélios): Residential building at R+16; reception area and delivery area for the self-storage business on the first floor.
- Lot FOcd 2: Higher education campus at R+8 on 1 basement level; commercial premises on first floor.
- Lot FOcd 3: Mixed-use building with offices on the first floor and first two floors, and residential units on the upper floors. The two basement levels include parking spaces, technical premises and urban logistics.
Work schedule: On Hélios and Campus, structural work is complete and façade cladding is in progress. The shell of the mixed-use building will be completed by May. Work has begun on the interior finishing of the 3 buildings. Provisional delivery dates are as follows:
- Campus: 2nd half of 2024
- Housing, self-storage and offices: between the end of Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.
